Welcome to FIFA World Cup 2026™
The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be the 23rd FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial international men's football championship contested by the national teams of the member associations of FIFA. The tournament will be hosted by 16 cities in three North American countries: Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
This will be the first World Cup to feature 48 teams, expanded from 32. The tournament will consist of 104 matches, with the final scheduled to be played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, United States.
